Yet another achievement for our polling engine is our IPSLA reports. Based on the RTR processes that can be configured on Cisco Routers, the IPSLA reports generate Round Trip Time, Jitter and Packet Delivery statistics between two endpoints (Cisco routers or Switches). We added the capabilities to create MOS  (Mean Opinion Score) reports and a rolled up report that will display the averaged statistics across all sites.

These type of reports are critical to the ongoing management and capacity planning for networks that run Voice or Video Services. Multiple instances of the measurements can be configured to capture the differences in latency across the same link for different CoS queues. An example report can be seen below.
